Dr. Amanullah Khan is a highly qualified senior Public Health Physician. He has extensive public health experience both within the country and in other countries. Apart from his technical contribution, his academician knowledge and skills are instrumental which compliments with his vast national and international experience. She has remained the Professor and Head of department, Department of Social and Preventive Pediatrics King Edward Medical College, Lahore (Pakistan) for more than fifteen years. She was awarded PhD by Goteborg University, Sweden, and was awarded The Nils Rosen von Rosenstein Medal by University of Uppsala, Sweden. She has been instrumental in carrying out projects related to the Child Health, Maternal Health and Communicable Diseases. Dr. Muhammad Ayub Salariya has done his MBBS from Punjab and DIPS from London. He has worked as Training Specialist in Training head for National Program for Family Planning and Primary Health Care, Federal PIU, Islamabad. He carried out training of master trainers and supervised training of district and facility trainers, LHWs and Supervisors in all provinces of the country and monitored the performance activities in all provinces through Federal Program Officers and Program implementation units at Provincial, District and First Level Care Facilities. He also conducted much other training for Mayo Hospital, National Institute of Public Administration, Agha Khan University WHO, UNICEF and for others reputed organizations. He has rich experience of working in government sector. In government, he has served as Additional Charge of Secretary Punjab Medical Faculty, Additional Secretary (Technical) Health Department and Deputy Director Health Services, Lahore and was responsible for technical coordination and supervision of the subjects of planning and development, Finance and Audit, foreign training, medial education, drugs / supplies for institutions in the province under Government of Punjab. Dr. Muhammad Anwar Janjua is a Public Health specialist having master’s degree in Public Health. He has got wide experience of working with both public and private health sectors. Dr. Janjua has hands on experience of working as the Provincial Coordinator HMIS Punjab. He has also served as the Secretary Punjab Medical Faculty and has been the Project Director for various projects like Health Care Development Project & Women’s Health Project, Punjab, Department of Health (Asian Development Bank Assisted Projects) and have acted as the Project Planning and Monitoring Officer for UNICEF assisted activities as well. His stint as Deputy Provincial Coordinator , National Program for Family Planning and Primary Health Care, Punjab and in Integrated Child Survival Trainings, Punjab funded by USAID and UNICEF Lahore has given him the practical know how of the field related activities. He has worked in Contech as the National Program Manager for PAIMAN (Pakistan Initiative for Maternal and Neonatal Health) in Contech. At Contech, he has been instrumental in the field of quality and care assessments, planning & health systems strengthening. His special area of interest is district health system strengthening. He has lead many studies focused at improving the district health system. A medical graduate with post graduation (MCPS) in Community Medicine from College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan, Dr. Qamar Salman has experience in clinical medicine as well of Public Health. He started his career in the department of surgery Ittefaq Hospital where he reached the position of registrar. He later joined Institute of Public Health as a post graduate student of Community Medicine. After completing his post graduation he worked as a Consultant for a TB DOTS pilot project and later Consultant for the Health Sector Reform Unit (HSRU), Department of Health, Government of Punjab. He later worked as a Consultant, Regional Technical Assistance (RETA 5825) for The Futures Group, Washington. Dr. Qamar Salman has been working full time with Contech International Health Consultants since the organization was formed. First as Director Operations and later as Deputy CEO Operations, he has been actively involved in all the assignments completed by Contech. In 2006, he attended a month long course on ‘Sexuality, Reproductive Health & Rights for Adolescents’ in Stockholm, Sweden. He has managed large country wide surveys including baselines and assessments, was actively involved in designing and implementing service delivery projects for HIV/AIDS prevention among high risk groups, has developed implementation plans for and trained health providers in treatment of STIs through syndromic management for 2 provinces (Balochistan and Punjab).

Iram Shahzadi is a Communication Specialist. Masters in Mass Communication from University of the Punjab. During the projects at Contech, her involvement has been crucial during trainings, social marketing, preparation of manuals, preparation of data collection instruments, data collection and report writing. She is currently project officer for FSW service delivery project in Lahore. She has given various trainings to field staff and Peer educators on HIV/AIDS, reproductive health and STIs.

Sadia khalil is a qualified MSc / MPHIL statistician from Govt College University Lhr. She has studied the factors which have directly influence on the weight of new born baby by applying Multilevel logistic and Multinomial logistic techniques. She is currently working as statistician. She has worked for many assignments in Contech International and maintain database for different projects and surveys. She assists in data entry process and in preparation of data entry module as well. She is responsible for data processing including cleaning and analysis according to the analysis plan.

Qudsia Bano is a Public Health Nurse. She received diploma in LHV at Public Health Nursing School Lahore and Diploma in Primary Health Care from Agha Khan University Karachi. She has 6 years experience in teaching midwifery and training in different projects. During the projects at Contech, she has been involved in training of data collectors, Dais and Peer educators for FSWs service delivery project. Currently, she is working as Field Supervisor in the project of Life Cycle approach to Maternal, New born and Child healthcare at Ramthaman village, District Kasur.

Qurrat-ul-ain did masters in Statistics from University of the Punjab in 2005. She joined Contech International as an internee in March, 2006 and now I have been working here as a Statistician. Her duties are to maintain data base for different projects and surveys, assisting in data entry process, preparation of data entry modules, data cleaning and data analysis according to the analysis plan.

Ms Aneela Ashraf is working as medical sociologist in this firm for the last 3 & half years. She has masters in sociology from university of the Punjab Lahore. She is a medical diploma holder from School of Public Health. She has been serving in health sector for the last seven years, currently she is working as a Program Officer in Life Cycle Approach Program.Her second major Program is ECCD (Early Childhood Development and Care), working for one of its component TFDP (Toys for Development Program). She has worked in a number of projects like Health monitoring survey in rural areas of Punjab, HIV/AIDS service delivery Project (3 years), CIDA(Canadian study on FSWs)/ HASP(HIV/AIDS surveillance program)initiative of national volunteer movement, Spiro metric Survey, SDWCLP socio economic survey, SC UK’s health access of street children survey, PHF restructuring survey with health professionals and many more research Projects. She has a vast experience in formative research as well.

Faisalabad; He was Honored as 1st Position holder in the academic Session 2005-2007 and a scholar of department of computer sciences, UAF.Also passed GRE Examination Conducted by National Testing Services. After professional degree he served as a Software Engineer and instructor at different organizations such as ELinx Software House Lahore, Abal Textile Mills Faisalabad, M.A Jinah College Of Science and Technologies Faisalabad, Pakistan Scholars Academy Faisalabad etc.
He possesses professional skills on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server7, 2000, 2005. Oracle8i, VB6.0. J2EE. XML, HTML, DHTML, Scripting Languages, Access2000, 2007 and Crystal Reports8 to 10. Currently Mr. Fida Hussain is working as Program Officer Health Informatics in Contech. Managing SDLC, Deployment, testing and evaluating of software, are his key responsibilities.

He has total 12 years of practical experience in various fields of Administration, Management, Accounting and Human Resource. He is highly motivated, energetic and a committed Professional. He is also willing to work to meet challenges and has decision making power to meet deadlines.
He started his professional career in 1995 as an “Accountant” in private sector. Later he joined the Health department In October 1999 and performed his duties till October 2000 as “District Accounts Supervisor - Lahore’’ in National Program for Family Planning & Primary Health Care “Ministry of Health – Government of Pakistan”. In November 2000 he was picked up by the C.E.O of a firm named “Liberty Associates (Pvt.) Ltd” and was awarded the post of “Project Manager” for limited time on a project at Rahim Yar Khan; which consisted of Residential Hotel, Banquet Hall, Recreation Park and Commercial Market; In November 2001 he joined the “Integro Trading Company” and performed his duties as “Coordinator Management & Account” till January 2002; In March 2002 he joined the “Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore” and performed his duties as an “Assistant In-charge - Receiving Department” and later as an “Assistant In-charge - Stores Department till September 2005;
