Muattar Abbas is a Chartered Accountant and has professional experience of 10 years in accounts, auditing, and financial management. He completed his CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. At Contech International, he started as Finance Expert and has been running the Finance and Accounts Department with passion and professionalism. He led multiple financial reforms, including KP Health Care Commission for improvement in the Financial Management System, for the Health Department for development of the Costed Dengue Operational Plan for all districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and for Shifting of Vertical Programs from Development to Non-Development Budget for Sindh Government under USAID’s Program. He has also worked as Team Lead for implementing financial reforms in Health Department and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission for Integrated Health System Strengthening and Service Delivery (IHSS-SD).
