The main goal of DG I&M was to institutionalize a monitoring mechanism to enhance oversight in healthcare services. The Contech team provided support in the development of PC-1 for the Directorate General, Inspection & Monitoring (I&M) for the Government of Punjab. It played a key role in the implementation of the Provincial Monitoring Framework aligned with MoHS reforms.
